David Cook
Founder & Managing Director

David is a co-founder with Stephen Caldis (after meeting as Architects in State Rail), starting the practice  in 1990 .  The office started in a recession and has grown to include offices in Melbourne, Bangkok and Brisbane (now closed). He now manages the company and leads the Heritage section. As an expert in transport, justice and heritage, he has led several large-scale projects. 

David has other interests including music, (piano, clarinet and a bass baritone singer) and has sung with several choirs, with performances in Sydney Town hall, Opera House Concert hall and Willoughby Concert hall.
