Stephen Caldis
Founder & Senior Partner Architect
Stephen in 1990 was a founding Director Caldis Cook Group with colleague David Cook which with his direction transitioned into CCG Architects. He has qualifications in Building, Structural Engineering and Architecture and has been a registered Architect since 1981. His experience includes working at the highest architectural level with government authorities being at one time the Principal Architect of the State Rail Authority of NSW. Stephen is recognised as being a analytical creative practical problem solver with a day to day hands on management style producing competent design and documentation outcomes. His output has a focus of effective documentation with clarity and the necessary completion on time for all clients.
Stephen is a family and community focused person who has received civil awards for his contributions to the community. His playtime including Oil Painting being an Associate of the Royal Art Society of NSW. Reading with a strong interest in science philosophy and theology. Metal working, knife making and casting. Vegetable gardening in a permaculture manner, Rembetika, Hellenic Studies, Kayaking, Cycling the soft manner and Ancestry.
