TAFE – ULTIMO CAMPUS 

Part of the NSW Government TAFE Institute Works Delivery, CCG Architects were engaged by Sydney TAFE to provide architectural consultancy services to undertake initial feasibility and detail design documentation for relocation of three faculties and design of new spaces. 

The objectives were the extension and refurbishment of the existing facilities in three different campus locations in Sydney and running construction of three projects concurrently by one contractor taking advantage of the quieter holiday period to ensure minimal disruptions to the operations of relocated faculties.  

CCG Architects have undertaken the overall lead coordination and primary client contact role on the projects to meet the clients objectives assisting Sydney TAFE Project Managers to obtain stakeholder approval, including integrating separately engaged specialist/consultants engineering input into the projects.
